>Halloween is a weird time in my house. As a Christian, my parents weren’t too thrilled about the meaning behind the day but as a kid I just wanted free candy (even though over half of it sat in my sister’s and my candy drawer for years and years after :). Here are some deals that came my way. If you’ve tried them, let me know what you think and I will do the same! What are your thoughts about Halloween?
I love the business cards on Vistaprint.com but haven’t ordered them because I don’t have a business! They always have great deals though and the Halloween one is just as great. Get 1 free Halloween Tote Bag. Just pay shipping & processing. Create one-of-a-kind bag for a unique trick-or-treating experience.
I am horrible about sending cards but this seems really fun. There are new free Halloween eCards that have just been added! Hundreds of other eCards to choose from, too!
I’m not sure about you but having children really has tested my baking skills. There are so many events in which I must provide a snack and I feel compelled to bring festive ones. Let me know which one(s) you try!! Just sign up for the RecipeLion Quick and Easy Recipes and receive the free eCookbook.
Once again, my children are bringing out the child in me, although we didn’t do too many Halloween crafts, I hope to do a ton of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and other Winter holiday crafts.
If you (AREN’T like me) are still trying to be healthy despite the next few months of food filled holidays, try these recipes instead!
My husband’s parents will be here this weekend and my mother-in-law never allowed my husband to go trick-or-treating so it will be an interesting weekend. If we can go without too much guilt, I will definitely post pictures!!!

>This is my favorite time of year! It’s beautiful outside, football is on almost 24/7 and we can bring out the crock pots and enjoy the smell of slow cooked food all day! 🙂 There are also a lot of sales going on so I decided to spread my happy fall spirit (despite having bronchitis, yuck!) and share a few with you.
We visit Chili’s a few times a year but it is not our favorite restaurant but we saw this coupon and took advantage of it and are SO glad. The Chili’s free queso and chips deal is AMAZING!!! We used this coupon and ordered food from the 2 for $20 menu. We ended up taking most of our food home and having it for dinner the next night. All you have to do is join Chili’s email club to get the latest happenings, exclusive offers, and a FREE order of skillet queso and chips.
Groupon always has good deals that I use. Just sign up and receive daily email with coupons for your local area with savings up to 90%. I will be sure to let you know of any deals I’m particularly fond of.

Cancer is something near and dear to my heart so I have always been involved in activities geared towards finding a cure. Now that I am home with the babies I have promised myself that I will dedicate some time to other causes. With Click to Give, you can do just that. I chose child abuse and (of course) cancer.

I know I’m a few days late (or early depending on how you look at it!) but I couldn’t wait until next Wednesday to post.
